CCTV systems act as an early warning system and are becoming more and more popular as people are realising the benefits. Remote Video Response takes your protection on to the next level. Intruders are detected before they enter the premises, thus avoiding criminal activity. Should your premises experience a security activation then you can then choose how you want to be notified. You might simply wish to view images yourself, via your lap-top or on your home PC. These can be either live images or recorded footage. Alternatively, you may choose to have the images presented for viewing at a specialist monitoring centre. The monitoring centre operators will assess the activity and then carry out the agreed response plan. This maybe contacting nominated keyholders, a guarding company or the police.

These systems work extremely well for large or exposed sites and are an effective alternative to the use of out-of-hours continuous live recording of images.

Intruder alarms can also benefit from Remote Monitoring. You or other nominated keyholders can be contacted if your intruder alarm is activated. It is also possible for the monitoring centre to notify nominated guarding companies or police, depending on the response agreed and type of installation. Information regarding the activation can be received by telephone, text message alert or email.
