COMPREHENSIVE:-which includes labour, 24hr call out cover and 1annual service visit (2 service visits if your system is monitored).
FULLY COMPREHENSIVE:-which includes parts, labour, 24hr call out cover and 1annual service visit (2 service visits if your system is monitored).

- CCTV operations can be enhanced by regular a maintenance service.
CCTV MAINTENANCE SERVICE INCLUDES
- Check history of CCTV system since last maintenance service.
- Visual inspection of all major CCTV components including cabling & connections where accessible for signs of deterioration or damage.
- Check all CCTV control equipment (monitors, DVR, multiplexer etc)
- Check and clean cameras, lenses and housings as necessary.
- Check lenses for correct field of view and adjust as necessary.
- Check picture for correct field of view and adjust as necessary.
- Check and test remote signalling equipment (where fitted).
- Check recording and playback quality.
- Check the satisfactory transmission of images to our remote monitoring centre( where applicable)
- Repair minor faults where necessary (additional costs may apply if the comprehensive contract is chosen).
- Retrain the end users of the CCTV system if required.
- Log all test results and complete SSNW company paperwork.
- Return the CCTV system to operational status.
- Ongoing technical support.
ALARM MAINTENANCE

- It is important to have your intruder alarm system serviced at least once a year.
- Regular servicing of an alarm system ensures the system’s reliability and durability.
- Most insurance companies require proof of alarm maintenance carried out by an approved installer.
- It is far more cost effective to have regular alarm servicing than to pay for breakdown costs.
ALARM SERVICING SCHEDULE
- Check history of alarm since last maintenance.
- Visual inspection of all major alarm components including cabling & connections where accessible for signs of deterioration or damage.
- Check mains power supply including charging rates.
- Check battery power supply including charging rates.
- Check and walk test all sensors.
- Check satisfactory operation of manually operated devices e.g panic buttons.
- Check and test all audible warning devices, sirens and speakers.
- Check and test all remote signalling equipment (where appropriate).
- Make adjustments as necessary.
- Repair minor faults where necessary (additional costs may apply if comprehensive contract is chosen).
- Retrain the end users of the Intruder Alarm where required.
- Log all test results and complete SSNW company paperwork.
- Return the alarm system to operational status.
- Ongoing technical support.
HOUSE ALARMS:- One off alarm servicing starts from £70+VAT plus replacement parts subject to location, make and size of alarm system and the availability of an authorised security code.
COMMERCIAL ALARMS:- One off alarm servicing starts from £80+VAT plus parts subject to location, make and size of business alarm system and the availability of an authorised access code.
ALARM REPAIRS:- Call out charge from £65+VAT plus parts and labour as required.
